Every client engagement is customised to meet the specific needs of the manufacturer. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and the scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon before any services commence.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, our engagements do not involve long-term contractual commitments.
Sample Handling
Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping product samples to us.
We will store, prepare, and handle all samples with reasonable care. However, we are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss that occur during shipping or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The return, storage, or disposal of samples will be agreed as part of each engagement.
Confidentiality
We treat all product information, commercial strategies, pricing, and buyer relationships with strict confidentiality.
Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless it is necessary to provide the agreed services, such as introducing your business to potential buyers or distributors.
No Guarantee of Sales
While we work to promote your products, generate buyer interest, and support commercial opportunities, we cannot guarantee sales, contracts, or commercial success.
Business outcomes depend on numerous factors, including product suitability, pricing, market conditions, competition, and buyer demand.
Customer & Distributor Search
Where we undertake targeted customer or distributor searches, the scope of work, reporting, timelines, and associated costs will be agreed in advance as part of your engagement.
